Conference Calls

From this point forward we will be holding twice weekly conference calls. They will be held every Monday & Friday at 3PM. All management and corporate staff must participate. Liqquor Big Bulk Order will be place by July 13th

We are 2 invoices behind with admiral - for Pazza Notte, dating back to April 27th about $1300 or so.

Secondly expect to see LOFT and Pazza double up liquor orders in the next coming week, and more expense due as most liquor suppliers Empire, Southern etc. Close for two weeks last two weeks of July. So we need to double up orders - our deadline to order liquor to cover us for 3 weeks of closure is Wed July 13th.

Giving you and Stephan a heads up - this will affect Pazza and LOFT.

Pazza Stuff

Stephan has found a new hostess who will be coming in to train Tuesday July 3rd. She is ready to work all week but Stephan has told her we will be starting with the weekend shifts only. Sara and Ghani can give her some training. Weekend shifts means 5.00pm -10.00pm Sat and Sun. Yeah for Nicole!!!!

Dinner menus - Marya will be bringing 14 new , gramatically correct dinner menus for you guys todat July 3rd.

Both Pazza and Loft are open July 4th. The office will be closed up but the floors are fully operational.!!!

Kitchen issues over the weekend. Chef gwen is bringing in reinforcements for the weekend staff. He is aware that when we get busy the staff cannot handle it and he is on top of it. Please ,all weekend staff give clear feedback to chef Gwen about all of your issues that are kitchen related, quick communication will resolve our in real time.

Remember to water your plants people.
